This website was put together and is managed by John Kitson. An ex pat from Devon UK, John Kitson (JK) longed for a better more affordable life and the chance to meet the girl of his dreams. Disgruntled with the UK and the quality of life it was offering JK moved to Tbilisi in early February 2026 in search of new pastures, opportunities and adventures. So far it has been a very positive move both socially and financially.

This website aims to give you JK's on-the-ground experience of Georgia from an expat's perspective. It gives realistic and real-world info about Georgia, some of the cities and how society, work, food, travel, dating and life in general operate. If you are thinking of travelling to Georgia for recreation, a holiday or looking at living somewhere else temporarily or permanently hopefully this website will offer you something.
